✤ Schedule meetings, prepare for the meeting materials, take the minutes, track and follow up.
✤ Generate, manage, disseminate and file various types of documents and paperwork.
✤ Assist in the preparation and organization of all kinds of activities.
✤ Update course offerings information and help negotiate the course arrangements.
✤ Provide assistance or answers for the inquiries from the students, visitors, callers and professors.
✤ Promote the international exchange and study abroad programs.
✤ Help monitor department budget and spending; schedule maintenance and repair of equipment.
