內容描述：This course prepares business managers for governing in a changing technological and regulatory landscape. Lecture participants are encouraged to re-examine the social challenges in the digital world we live in today through historical analogies, and the theory of institutional and evolutionary economics. Critical thinking and argumentative essay skills are developed during the practical sessions each week. Additional reading materials are provided for the research oriented PhD candidates.
